We’re a locally owned business specialising in trophies, awards, and custom giftware and promotional items, proudly supporting and celebrating schools, clubs, and businesses across the Central West and beyond. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team member to help us bring our customers’ ideas to life.

About the Role

As part of our production team, you’ll be hands-on in the creation and personalisation of trophies, plaques, medals, and giftware items. Your work will involve engraving, assembling, packing, and ensuring every order meets our high standards for timeliness, quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers to respond to enquiries and prepare quotes and sales orders
• Prepare supplier orders and maintain inventory
• Engrave and personalise trophies, plaques, and gifts using diamond, laser and rotary engraving equipment
• Assemble trophies and awards accurately and efficiently
• Prepare artwork and layouts for engraving or printing
• Inspect finished products for quality and precision
• Assist with packaging and dispatch of orders
• Maintain a clean and organised production area
• Support the team with general duties as required

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has great attention to detail and pride in their work
• Enjoys working with their hands in a creative, fast-paced environment
• Is reliable, punctual, and able to work to deadlines
• Is comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Works well both independently and as part of a team
• Has an unrestricted drivers license and right to work in Australia

Above all else, you will be friendly, have a positive attitude, and a true passion for serving our customers. 

Experience in engraving, printing, design, or a similar trade is an advantage, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
