We’re a locally owned business specialising in workwear, trophies and signage, proudly supporting schools, clubs, and businesses across the Central West and beyond. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team member to help us bring our customers’ ideas to life.
About the Role
As part of our storefront team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience by greeting them, answering questions, providing product and service information, and processing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and offer personalised assistance
- Take accurate and detailed orders, prepare quotes and respond to product and service enquiries
- Create appealing merchandise displays
- Process sales using our POS systems
- Prepare purchase orders, monitor inventory and conduct stocktakes
- Receive supplier deliveries and allocate stock to the required production areas
- Work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth processing and production of orders, from quote to delivery
- Assist with packaging and dispatch of orders
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised storefront
- Support the team with general duties as required
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has great attention to detail and pride in their work
- Enjoys providing great customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Is reliable, presentable, punctual, and able to work to deadlines
- Is comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Has an unrestricted drivers license and right to work in Australia
Above all else, you will be friendly, have a positive attitude, and a true passion for serving our customers.
Availability on Fridays (between 8am-5pm) and Saturdays (8am - 1pm) is required. Other shifts are available during busy periods.
Prior experience in retail or a customer service is required for this role. Full training will be provided.
